Lost Or Missing Products
We know that sometimes these things happen. If an order gets lost during transit please reach out to support@pleepleus.com and we will get a replacement out asap.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it please check with your neighbors! And contact your local delivery service immediately. It is your responsibility to lodge a report with your local delivery service in this circumstance. We do not process refunds for orders marked as delivered.
